This version has the so-called "rustic" finish: The painting has been applied without the cobalt background (under-glaze) color. The relief appears deeper than on the cobalt version and the colors are not shiny. There is no "better" version. It's simply a matter of personal taste. If you prefer the shiny version with cobalt background, then please order the other #393-I stein.
